1. Information we process

Gameplay information. Scores, progress, settings, game sessions, and interactions may be stored on your device or processed to deliver and improve the Game. We do not require user registration.

Technical information. When you access the Game, we and service providers used by the Game may receive information such as device and operating-system type, app or browser version, IP address, approximate location inferred from the IP address, diagnostic data, crash information, and technical identifiers.

Analytics and advertising information. If the relevant services are enabled, their SDKs or tags may process app or website activity, device identifiers, advertising identifiers (where allowed), ad views, ad interactions, and consent preferences. The exact data varies by platform, provider, and your settings.

Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information.

2. Why we use information and our legal bases

• Deliver the Game: operate gameplay and remember settings or progress, where supported (performance of the service you request or legitimate interests, as applicable).
• Maintain and improve it: troubleshoot, analyze performance, detect abuse, and improve gameplay (legitimate interests or consent where required).
• Show and measure ads: support the free Game, deliver advertisements, and measure their performance (consent where required; other applicable bases for limited operations).
• Respond to requests: answer support messages and privacy requests (legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations).
• Meet legal requirements: comply with applicable laws and valid legal requests (legal obligation where applicable).

Where consent is required, we request it before the relevant processing and you may withdraw it using available privacy controls or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

3. Analytics

Where enabled, we may use Google Analytics for Firebase (mobile) and/or Google Analytics (web) to understand aggregated usage, gameplay events, crashes, and performance. These tools may collect usage and device data as described in Google's documentation and privacy policy. We will seek consent for non-essential analytics where required and will not represent analytics as active on a platform until integrated there.

4. Advertising

Some versions of Magnetic Core may display banner or interstitial ads. Where enabled on mobile, we may use Google AdMob; a web version may use a separately disclosed advertising provider if one is added.

Advertising partners may process technical information, advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate location, ad impressions, and interactions to serve, limit, secure, and measure advertisements. Depending on your region and privacy choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. We request consent where required and provide applicable opt-out choices. If iOS tracking permission is required for a particular activity, we request it through Apple's App Tracking Transparency mechanism.

5. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

The web version may use browser local storage or other necessary technologies for game progress, settings, or essential functionality. If non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies are enabled, we provide notice and obtain consent where required. You may also adjust browser settings, although disabling essential storage could affect saved progress. Mobile versions may use similar device storage and SDK technologies.

6. Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed with providers used to host, operate, analyze, support, or monetize the Game, and as required by law. Depending on implementation, these providers may include our hosting platform, Google Analytics/Firebase, and Google AdMob. Some providers may act as independent controllers under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; where applicable, we provide required notices and opt-out rights. We do not claim that every provider listed here is active in every version of the Game.

7. Children's privacy

Magnetic Core is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to young children. We do not knowingly solicit names, contact details, or account registration from children. We seek to apply age-appropriate advertising and data-processing restrictions where required. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information contrary to applicable law, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

The Game's actual audience designation, age settings, SDK configuration, and store declarations will be reviewed before advertising is enabled.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal obligations. Game progress stored locally remains on your device until you clear it, uninstall the Game, or the operating system removes it, subject to any platform backup settings. Our providers may apply their own retention periods. Support correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your rights and privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures or targeted advertising. You can contact us using the address below. We may request reasonable information to identify relevant records and verify the request. Some data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the Game's storage or uninstalling it.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you can also complain to your competent supervisory authority; in Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

10. International transfers

Technology providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires it, cross-border transfers must be supported by an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another valid transfer mechanism.

11. Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy as the Game and its integrations evolve. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. We will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent for material changes when legally required.
